Project outline

During the covid pandemic it wasn’t possible for people to attend the war memorials which is an annual tradition in the Netherlands. To accomodate the families, survivers and all other people who couldn’t gather around the memorials we made a digital service to place a flower and message at a memorial of choice. A database of all Dutch memorials was made and a flow for people to find these, place their flower and see the messages of others. The whole website was made anew as a custom Wordpress project in which I was involved in most technical and design aspects.
